frick em, just leave the game, the home plate umpire is the one who blocked the passed ball to begin with, we shouldn't even be in extra's. Then all of sudden after the play and in TV timeout, he changes the fricking out call at home? GTFO here and lets go home

The home plate umpire didn't see the play. Watch it live. He was fricking confused. Not one ump saw Neal go front or step on the plate. They did not see it.
