The positive aspects of the doc is how he turned his life around in Oxford and how much he needed Oxford. The doc only further reveals him as the liar that he’s always been. Al warned everyone looonnnng ago.

Or it’s possible that Oxford did change him for the better. It’s also possible that LSU is a better job than Ole Miss.

Until his fourth year at Ole Miss I was not in favor of hiring Kiffin as a head coach. It was due to the fact, that up until then, he lost his mind at times with some of his in-game decisions, and he practically ignored the defensive side of the ball. You know, football shite? The stuff you consider when hiring a football coach. He has since done a helluva job addressing both issues and was the hottest coach on the market and it wasn't remotely close.
My like/dislike of him has nothing to do with his "lying". Every coach in the country lies. It comes with the job. You lie to the AD (who lies to you). You lie to your assistants about job security. You lie to the media and you lie to the fans. You tell weak kids they are good and tell exceptional kids they aren't cutting it. You tell recruits its all about them. Its part of the damn job. Some of you act like he is the first to do it.
