Your fandom for LSU is not enough to justify sending a player a disgusting message or a threat, which has reportedly happened.

I have been following LSU for over 60 yrs, could not quit if I tried. I have never one time wished harm to any LSU athlete.. These are college students playing games and our part in the game is to enjoy and support. Nabers did nothing except make a couple mistakes in his debut in a big game.

I completely agree but it’s a double-edged sword. Plenty of people on these social media platforms knight for these guys no matter what. Always using the excuse of “they are not professional”, but now they are with NIL, si string criticism on poor performances is reasonable.
I get sick of the “these are just kids” types. These are grown men. They may be immature, but we have excused lack of growing up for these generations and they are so thin skinned it has become unbelievable.
Again with that said, never an excuse for threatening anyone over a freaking football game.

They need to be able to report/screenshot these types of comments and report them to authorities for criminal charges. I don’t understand why athletic depts don’t have something in place to protect players.
