You’re citing the same FBI investigation. The NCAA didn’t investigate this guy and make all that public. The FBI did.

The NCAA investigated us because the FBI brought to light all the ahit Dawkins was doing.

Not even close. He was picked up on a wire tap because he was talking to the target of a DOJ investigation. It is actually the Dawkins legal team that tried to subpoena him as a witness. The DOJ object to that. The court ultimately agreed with DOJ, and he was not required to testify.

ETA. Down vote all you want, who subpoenaed him to testify, and who objected to that is a matter of public record.
