Just hopefully he doesn’t get frustrated and moves on. He has tons of potential and his brighter days are definitely ahead

Exactly. Do you want to develop right, into the absolute beast you can potentially be, or do you want to transfer to a school with less standards and where you'll receive lower level coaching, but you'll start immediately..

Not sure, but I think Kardell Thomas and Max Johnson are finally getting into a groove.

The nice thing about paying for players now is that if they really see him as a building block for the future, they can incentivize him to stay.

If he has been injured for so long, why would he be “ frustrated” at being on the second team line?

Potentially, a combination between being far from home and being a 5 star who may not carve out a starting role by year 2, which is the goal for most of them.

I'm not saying that's how he feels, but that would be the concern.

Going into the season, I'm actually surprised that neither he or Harper are poised to start. I guess it's more of a grown man's game now... a lot of 22-23 year olds.

Year 1 was out due to injury. He’s basically just getting started. Second team is impressive in this case, and should give him incentives to work hard and be ready to contribute.

I just want it to be known that we all hated Jake Peetz, but that dude really had Max Johnson throw 27 TDs….
