They will get over it. Coaches come and go but LSU is forever

If Brian Kelly wins a NC no one will care about WW being fired for being stupid. Woodward will be forgiven…. Fact !!

LMAO. No he hasn’t. Wade put this on himself, and he became a sacrificial lamb.

True.
To date So-so Scott Woodward’s track record of hires is a resounding meh.
So-so Scott’s career is riding on the success or failure of CBK.

No you are just a dufus.
323 downvotes to 19 upvotes says it isn’t
a “substantial portion” of the LSU fanbase.

What could he tell you, or provide in tangible information, that would make you agree with his decision to relieve Wade of his duties?
One of my best friends knew the crap he was wrapped up in the day he was hired. I didn't believe him.
Then I had close family who experienced the crap.
How you yahoos defend him - and try to make the bad stuff stick on Woodward amazes me. WW's gone. He needed to go - and as we'll likely find out, should've gone earlier.
Pray McMahon's run is similar to Brady w/o the eventual big head...

I would have like to see what a good coach could have done with the players Wade payed for.

Seriously? Surely you can’t be this ignorant lol

I’m serious. Street ball is not an offense.

Woody has lost me. Nothing changed with the NCAA’s charges list. We knew most of it. If the school and Woody really “didn’t agree with them”, then they should have kept Wade and fought the charges. The NCAA has consistently been harder on schools that willingly admit they did wrong than those that deny allegations and fight them
Wade’s only high level charge was for not cooperating with the NCAA’s investigation - which is a highly biased charge that likely would have been dropped if LSU fought the charges

Your premise (i.e., your subject line) is completely devoid of any factual underpinning.

Anyone who thinks the malcontents on the Rant represent “a significant percentage of the LSU fan base” has his head where the sun don’t shine.
Many of us liked what WW brought, but are very clear on the fact that he had to go.
Thinking you’re a significant percentage is like watching soap operas on TV and thinking 80% of the men in the country are either doctors or lawyers. You have a very skewed view of reality.

You’re an idiot if you think that even if all basketball fans quit supporting LSU that would constitute a substantial percentage of fans. And if you quit supporting LSU over the firing of a coach, you’re stupid.

Lost a substantial percentage of the fan base? According to who? The geniuses in here? That’s hilarious.
