I have never pulled for the Gumps. This year I hated both teams but at least Bama deserved to be there unlike tOSU with 6 wins. I mean, it is still ana asterisk season, but way less of one because Bama won.

They're our biggest rival and have our former coach! To be honest, though, I was pulling for Alabama to beat Ohio State because OSU didn't deserve to make the playoffs!

I really hate OSU, Texas, Clemson and Notre Dame. Those are the only teams I will actively support Bama in playing

We already recruit against Bama. Don’t want OSU taking the #2 spot from southern kids making a decision. That’s all I’ve got.

Hypothetical: if your son was in their situation and he wanted to go to another SEC school because he thought it was a better fit, would you support him?

Agree. I just can't hate Nick Saban. When he came back to college, I wish it had been back to LSU but we didn't have an opening. Further, would I (or any of you) like him any more if he was doing what he's doing at Texas? Or Ohio State? USC? Michigan? Florida State? I certainly wouldn't. He won us a title, deservedly chased his NFL dream, decided to come back - unfortunately it wasn't to LSU. Congrats to him on another title, I hope we throttle them in 2021.

I was hoping they would cancel the game and not play it. But, I would rather have Alabama win than the media anointed Ohio State. OSU didn't earn its way in, so I was very pleased they got their arse kicked.

They pulled for us against clemson. That's the reason for some. Plus I'm not giving them the satisfaction of hating them
