Why would any top kicker come to play for him?
If you miss a couple, he's going to say you suck. He doesn't even have a dedicated coach for your unit.

I'm not sure but we could hire an actual SPECIAL TEAMS coach to teach them how to improve. Instead we hire a coach to coach other coaches. Let's not forget that said "coach" is a reject from the saints staff whose special teams where a disaster at best. How many freaking kickers did the saints run thru the last 3-4 years? How stupid can you be?

I gave Miles a lot of crap during his later years...
but got damn, that was an amazing press conference. He LOVED those players.
