He should have went to Alabama then he could lose to Vanderbilt, Oklahoma, and barely beat South Carolina and you still get in the playoffs.

Well it’s on him for hiring House and then Sloan and watching both struggle. I think he thought he could put things on cruise control and be a CEO coach here. The offense was a mess all season, then suddenly he starts getting involved holding Sloans hand ant practice after our 4th loss? Pisses me off.
He better put the pedal to the metal these next 12 months because I think it’s playoff or bust for him in 2025.

It’s all relative. LSU likely has a better team than both Tulane and ULL but it doesn’t matter if you are behind them in the rankings. If Tulane sneaks in the playoff one year and LSU doesn’t, saying “yeah but we’re actually better than them” doesn’t mean much.

I’ve watched UL and Tulane both this year. You should, too.
I’m really proud of both those teams this year. I LOVE seeing UL play for a Sunbelt Championship this year.
BUT! They are not even CLOSE to being as good as LSU. They are slower. They are smaller. Their conferences are full of much weaker teams. It’s a whole different level of football.

Hey a-hole, it is not "an excuse" to compare LSU's opponents with the common ones of Tulane and ULL. If you actually believe that the ratings mean squat after the playoff slots, I have some great swampland in Florida I would like to sell you. The fact that Alabama even appears to be getting in the playoffs with 3 losses...2 embarrassing ones...tells INTELLIGENT people all they need to know about the ratings. LSU would beat more than half the teams from say 13 to 25. Oh wait, LSU did beat Ole Miss...oh wait, LSU did beat S Carolina...and to have teams like Syracuse and Tulane ranked above LSU SHOULD inform people how flawed the rankings are.
