Just wanna make sure I'm on the right side of this....
In all seriousness if he stays another year and has an whole off season to get healthy and grow in lanes system he could have a special year next year.

Is there an online betting site for who will be next year's heisman with a parlay to who will be the first heisman under CLK? I may put $10 on it

He had like 6 misses, so he has a ways to go.

He made shorter, more controlled passes instead of the long triple coverage passes today. If he can keep doing that and wear the other terms defense down all the better. Let Jones do his bada$$ thing.

His accuracy is much improved. All he has to do is take care of the ball in critical situations.

Duh! Lane and Weiss know how to pick em!

Sam IS good
Sam could be great with better pass blocking
He needs a difference maker receiver
Don't forget MSU has about the worst pass D in America.

Sam Leavitt suffered a minor hamstring injury in the second quarter against Texas A&M on September 26, 2026, and has played in three games since that injury (McNeese State on October 3, Kentucky on October 10, and Mississippi State on October 17)
Cumulative Totals (3 Games Since Injury: McNeese, Kentucky, Mississippi State)
• Passing: 74 completions on 95 attempts (77.9%), 740 yards, 9 passing touchdowns, and 2 interceptions.
• Rushing: 16 carries, 42 yards, and 1 rushing touchdown.

We need more taller receivers.

Our LG is going to get him murdered. They better find someone else.

He has some receivers step up today. With Green back and the o line giving it 100%, he’s a top-tier QB. If he’s able to run again but keeps it for wrinkles and emergencies, solid top-tier. And Green back doesn’t hurt.
