I have already conceded defeat. It makes it much easier on me this way, and I can only be pleasantly surprised from here. It's a win-win

our best bet at getting good qb play from jefferson is if lee gets hurt.

it was the only time that jj had some bounce in his step at auburn.

i won't be miserable, because i know and accept what's coming.

you, on the other hand, may need to take off the P&G glasses and mentally prepare yourself for the inevitable.

i will still enjoy watching and cheering for the boys.. and if we pull it out, we pull it out

adam, no worries about those guys, they are not old enough to appreciate the bad days of archer, dinardo, hal hunter, bob mcconnell. these kids have no clue!

honestly, LSU needs better than just decent QB play.

decent QB play for LSU these days = 125 yds passing, 1 turnover, and maybe 30-50 rushing yards.

Might sound odd but I think this team plays better on the road- offensively for sure. They seem to have a sort of catastrophe-mindset where if things go badly they're afraid the crowd will turn. They seem to play looser on the road IMO. That said, I think we lose a game that is fairly close for a half then gets away from us.
Bama has been a bit susceptible to good passing- SC and Ark- just like Auburn was. We couldn't take advantage of that and likely won't this game. Our best shot is to take some shots at streching the field (which we haven't done much) and to put serious pressure on McElroy and force a couple of turnovers. We need good field position and solid special teams play to go along with these factors.
Our D stays on the field too much and Jones Ingram or Richardson will eventually burn us. We do have a shot but it'll take excelling at what we haven't yet.

decent stats for qb on sat, 15-26 185 yds 1 td 0 int. theses types of stats can earn a win sat. look guys i know these 2 qbs have serious issues at times but they are capable of having a good day and this sat is the day that they can contribute to helping this team win.

You don't KNOW what's coming. You THINK you do. There's a difference.
