No, nor should he.

Why is a portion of the fan base so obsessed with parading the tiger around in a trailer? 95% of the people in the stadium can’t even see the tiger in that little cage. It was always pointless.

Negative. Part of the parameters for us getting Mike VII was that they agree he not ever leave his habitat.

We want him in outside the visitor locker room to scare the crap out the opposing team.

He should be. Don’t let these soy boys and snowflakes tell you otherwise. There is no evidence that Mike VII is harmed in any way from being brought into the stadium. Furthermore, there is evidence that it would improve his health by leaving his confined habitat every now and then.

Every year more and more traditions get tossed on the ash heap of history and we march towards sameness and blandness.

No. The school is run by pussies. Mike will never again feel the thrill of Death Valley. Pretty sad.

If the goal is to intimidate the opposing team, shouldn't Mike be put INSIDE the vistor's locker room?

95% is way off. I’d say that about 30% of the stadium would have a decent view when Mike made his lap around the stadium.

More importantly, 100% of our opponents were greeted by a live tiger when they exited the locker room.

It was a good part of Tiger Stadium mystique.

Absolutely he should attend the games.

Part of the mystique of the great Tiger Stadium, and he can stay for the second half in blowouts for team support and growling in lieu of low crowd noise...

I love how so many people swallowed the LSU company line of “oh he’s scared and it’s not good for him” like good little bitches. It’s an animal and we did it for decades before letting alphabet people make us stop. Now you start a thread like this here and the first few replies are always “nooo, never, don’t ask again”.
