Last line at the post game Aggie presser in 2021, "come on baby lets go" (heading to Destin).

I’ll let the attorneys decide- because they’ll get 35% regardless

You know that for a fact? I hv heard other things especially the drinking but that’s all it is is hearsay.

O one really knows . What kept her from getting another job after kids were older? Bet she was thinking I better not get a job might cost me millions. Give me a break.

He clearly had his documented past issues, but rumors on here were that she was having a lot issues. And she said he stuck by her side and encouraged her when she had an operation that went wrong and she didn't want to live.

The truth is that no one really knows what happened but them. He looked like an idiot having a picture of himself and some blonde posing in bed circulating around the Internet post-seperatipn, but we don't know what happened in his marriage. It's sad because they were in married for a long time and her son from her first marriage took his name. I remember reading about how he just wanted to be with his family after the national championship game and how they just went back to the hotel and ate ham sandwiches, etc., instead of partying. Too bad it couldn't have stayed like that.

Well anything is possible, but there would have been pics everywhere if O was out getting crazy that night after the national championship game. And honestly, other than the "Roll Tide What?" moment which was still a private moment with his team after the Bama game that year, he was very low-key publicly during 2019. Now after that year, no...

Dumbass should have taken steps to prevent this during the divorce. I got divorced and gave her more than her share but with the stipulation that was all she was getting. She took it. About 5 years later I sold my business and she didn’t have a right to any of it.

This is not a contingency case, these attorneys are paid a flat fee or by the hour.

Also, I doubt she gets any. If he was fired and given the money post filing for divorce and termination of community property, the this will certainly be his seperate property. I'll be interested to see how they rule though and what her attorneys argue.

Would she have received anything from his 2020 contract’s buyout if he had been termed at the same time that he was and receiving the buyout as agreed in that 2020 contract (instead of the buyout/contract he signed during the 2021 season when pushed out)?

No. They said he would never win anything. Won it all by his 3rd year.

My interpretation is that the money was "earned" during the marriage and is therefore community. The fact that he didn't get it until after is immaterial. I suspect most divorce attorneys will agree with that analysis. What the SC does, however, is uncertain.

it’s a buyout, so was it earned before he was fired? I would say no.

thats a payment made because he was fired.

If his attorney wasn’t committing malpractice he filed to have the community property regime ended when they filed for divorce
not when it was finalized.
