Should #9 be retired and Burrow’s name in TS?

Honest question. LSU has some strict guidelines about doing something like this but I think it’s extremely warranted especially if they win it all this year.

What are the strict guidelines? The answer is yes.

5 year waiting period and has to have a degree I think.
Joe's name and number will be in Tiger Stadium in 2025.

not for a while. Retire it in 15-20 years

If he wins the Heisman, yes.
If he doesn't win the Heisman it would be because some scandal broke that would cause us to distance from him anyway, which would make retiring his number improbable.

If they win it all?
Yea, hard to argue against it.
15-0, 7 top 10 wins, and Heisman?
Retire #9, name in TS, and a statue.

Our last Heisman winner was the last player to ever wear the number he wore. I'm okay sticking to that precedence, whether formally or informally.

No shite, read the part of my sentence you didn't quote.

I think you have to have a degree and have played three years or something like that. I forget them all. It’s why Glenn Dorsey (one of the most decorated LSU players in history) isn’t. I think Casanova was a three time AA and Cannon is Cannon

I wonder if Tebow will vote for him

Jordan Jefferson would be humbled
