Her case must be BS if they finally kicked her to the curb. Woodward and Kelly aren’t dumb so even with the whistleblower threat she must have had jack squat. She’ll get a settlement and go haunt some other program.

I would love to have a fair, even handed version of what her actual complaint is, whether it has arguable merit and whether her termination is unfair/ unlawful.
This fact free, rock throwing thread doesn’t help those of us who do not know her or her history.

If LSU follows suit by dumping that scummy Ausberry for his transgressions in this whole mess, it would go a long way to supporting their firing of her.

There is absolutely no scenario where firing Verge will not end in insane media backlash. The facts of what actually happened would be 100% irrelevant. The headlines will read that LSU fired two black people in the title 9 stuff, and did nothing to anybody else. If they were the two main pieces or not wouldn't matter one bit.

Sharon is a good woman, a lot of people have comments without knowing the person. She will land on her feet. And though I thought this move to be investable, we took a loss on this one. Also Lsu will settle.
