I am not disagreeing with you but Neck was banned because the network that airs the game said it can't be played. That was whole debacle in 2011. OBJ even paid the fine after he graduated once.

Honestly we need to treat this like Alabama does, it fires up the crowd so do it, just flash beat ole miss or whatever on the screen. Then the school can say we don’t endorse this and the fans do what they want

I gotta be honest about the lights - I’m not that impressed with them
It reminds me of going over to a buddy’s house, and he’s got those cool colored LED lights in the living room, and he’s like ‘mannn watch this shite’, but nothing works right and they aren’t really synced to the sound of the room or whatever
I’m sure they’ll get it sorted out eventually but as of right now, I feel like they’re not as great as they were hyped up to be

FWIW I thought they looked better on TV than they previously did.
We still need the stadium to be darker and to just go with purple instead of purple and gold.
Things we should have sorted out considering bama and others have done it for years, but we wouldn’t be LSU if the admin did things properly the first time around

When the student section was chanting SSTDB, what song was being played? I thought they played neck at least twice.

They chant that to almost everything. Which kind of defeats the purpose of not just playing neck.
It's also kind of hypocritical when you won't play neck, but you feature Set It Off for the entire stadium to sing.

It really is dumb that they still won't let the band play neck. The student section does STTDB to EVERY song that isn't the traditional LSU band songs.

I was at the game and not far from the band. My brother and I were both fairly confident we heard neck at least twice. We also heard STTDB chanted to other songs too. At least we thought we did. It doesn't happen often but I could be wrong. If so, I sincerely apologize for spreading fake news.

It's fine, you were just trying to correct someone on something that you are wrong about. The band doesn't play neck at games anymore, and they haven't in a long time. Students chant STTDB to multiple other songs now, but most commonly "Right Above It".

The whole stadium isn’t singing that song. Only the student section knows the words to that ghetto trash song. People that sat around me weren’t singing shiit.
