So we can hang on to coaches like Peveto and Cam longer? No thanks.

Also, I think some people are underestimating the power struggle going on at the top. Alleva is not great, but I can't blame him for every situation, especially when he's outvoted.

Les for Public Relations, but he's past his good business decision-making days.

Really? Cam was here what 2-3 years? Peveto at one time had LSU highly thought of on special teams, not sure what happened though.

Is this serious? If so I just don't get why people say this. What are his qualifications?

When the time comes, we need to look just one state over and make a hard push for Woodward at A&M.

Miles couldn't run the football program effectively. How in the hell do you think he could run an entire athletic department? Yes, Alleva must go. Miles, however, IS NOT the answer.

Failed at maintaining the football program, why not place him in charge of maintaining ALL of the athletic programs!

Come again? EVERY unit BDP was assigned to took a big shite almost immediately.

He may be a nice guy and a good recruiter, but you are kidding yourself if you think he was anything but terrible at actually coaching his unit.

No!!! If anything you put him in a recruiting capacity and that's it. He would do LSU wonders there but as far as football schematic relations stay far away. He was a great man but heart may have gotten in the way of business decisions too many times. You have to be able to cut ties when it isn't working and he wasn't able to do that. His hand was on way too much and that's why he's gotten the blame. He deserves it

He doesn't have any qualifications. That's just a few of the same ole LSU/Les worshippers and idolizers blowing that stuff.

There are many qualified and experienced potential AD candidates out there.

Everybody has their choices.

Mine are Dan Radakovich (Clemson) and Mitch Barnhardt. (Kentucky)

He'd have Peveto as Head Coach.

Nope. Linebacker coach in 07. Coached an All American Ali Highsmith.

Second stint as st coach, we were better in every single category except kick off coverage in his first season. It went to shite the year after.

Recently? Did you forget the great Defensive Coordinator debacle of 2008???

That was hardly recently and absolutely killed a great defense from 1 year prior.

Nope, he was in over his head as a DC... the couple years before in charge of ST they were fine. They were fine at ST other years as well. Recently they have struggled with kicking, punting, and coverage. Not sure what happened, it it was the players selected to those units, his ideas, or what.
