Best line in the entire show is “I got a 10 on the ACT after taking it 3 times.” lol!
He states he just moved back to BR. The timing of it is last week when Lane excepted the job. Makes me think that he may join the staff in some capacity but maybe that’s me trying to read between the lines.

I can’t stand the man.
However I think we can’t afford the buyout. Even if we could we shouldn’t follow the trend because unless you have a Saban nothing is guaranteed. We’ll hire another coach and they will “need time” and we may still end up in the same spot 4 years from now.
I think we invest that 50 million in the future rosters, better offensive position coaches and what ever else we will need to have a recruiting advantage for years to come. (Facilities)

I was blindly hoping that technically LSU job is not up for grabs so he is only shutting down Penn St, Florida and the other schools.
Maybe if LSU becomes open officially then he could return.
NIL and Transfer portal will settle down after this December thanks to the work he did w Trump. So there is room for him to return. It would only cost this season.

USC is over paying this cycle, they are throwing everything at this cycle for a couple reasons:
They raised money
They did poorly in the last class (19 recruits) I think.
They did absolutely nothing in the transfer cycle and LOST players.
Riley’s job is in the line. Go look at 247 rankings, they are number 1 but with close to 30 signees. Majority 3 stars.
I believe they are throwing a lot but it’s all over the place and riding hard on this one class.
If they win they’ll be in good shape. If they lose this year the wheels will fall off this recruiting class.
