One glaring weakness that he has yet to address is Softball.
Just like Nikki Fargas had really been given wayyyyyyy too long to find success, Beth Torina has outlived her value to the program.
While I'm sure she is a fine individual, it is apparent that she can't measure up to other coaches that produce high level play. She doesn't get paid for her character!
Instead of a winning combination...she's brought mediocrity & stagnation.
Time for Beth to go...

He hires the people that recruits the athletes and puts them in place to do those things. It's kind of a big deal.
