You’re Tulane

This is the equivalent to a bum asking for cash when you offer him a ham sandwich. Beggars can’t be choosers and all...

LSU is playing Rice in Houston

That is one of the oddest road games we've had in many years.

Because what is Tulane bringing to the table that justifies it being a home and home equal split for both schools?

LSU is bringing the fans to both the home game and the game in the Dome as well as Whoever gets the Tv rights to the Game in the Dome will be making a bid on the game because of LSU.

I don’t think anyone is saying we shouldn’t play Tulane. I think people are saying we shouldn’t do a home and hike with Tulane and seems that Woodward shares that opinion.

Agreed.

Play 2 or 3 games in Baton Rouge for every one game in New Orleans. And it's not like we have to play them every year, either.

Would love to see the game in the Dome instead of Yulman. Went to the game in ‘07 when we wore the alternate unis and it was a fun time. The few Tulane fans I met were a fun bunch.

LSU would never agree to play at Yulman. It would have to be at the Dome.

I can’t blame them for making an attempt to get LSU to play at their new stadium but they have to know there’s absolutely no way we’d do that. I’m sure they’ll get something worked out and we’ll get a game in the dome.

That is how far Ole Miss has fallen on the national CFB scene. That should never happen in the SEC, with the possible exception of Vandy.

While Tulanes new stadium is said to be nice it’s just not large enough to facilitate both in state crowds so Scott is right if that’s what they are hoping to happen.
30,000 seat stadium. 25,000 LSU fans and the regular 5,000 Tulane fans that attend their home games. What's the problem?

It’s more of a Missouri move than anything
