So what if the stadium is 30,000. Vanderbilt is 40,000 & we TOOK that joint over + drank them out of beer in the 1st half for an 11am game. LSU will buy MORE tickets straight up AND on the resale market, dominate the stadium + game, & drink all weekend.

You’re not very familiar with Tulane, are you? To get that ticket to TAKE over the joint, you’ll have to buy Tulane Season Tickets.

It makes about as much sense as going to Houston to play Rice.

Among Louisiana schools, we should only play Tulane, ULL, Tech, and ULM with all games in Baton Rouge. We should NOT play any FCS teams from Louisiana or anywhere else.

LSU does not need to play a game in Tech's piss ant stadium to get the attention of area recruits.Playing Rice in Houston does make sense recruiting wise and the LSU Alumni arse. in Houston/surrounding areas is second only to N.O.'s in size. LSU will never throw away a million dollars. Take that to the bank. As in never.

Agree with your statement, except Houston has greater alumni presence than nola.

I don’t see what the big deal is about LSU playing them in the dome. Just schedule the home and home
Because there’s no benefit for LSU to giving up a home game. Tulane’s “home” game will be 80% LSU fans. LSU isn’t getting a marquee home game in return that will get Tiger fans excited enough to justify charging $100+ for tickets like Texas or Oklahoma. And it does nothing to benefit LSU’s SoS. We can play La Tech, ULM or ULL and get the same benefits as playing Tulane without losing a home game
