I think it depends on record to an extent but also on the # of teams the SEC gets in. I think the SEC will get 8. Not sure about more than that.

Eventually, the selection committee will get SEC fatigue.

When Marceaux is on he is almost unbeatable. Hilliard has been very reliable lately. Edwards has looked real good out of the pen. Labas is the wild card. Get a good outing out of him and we could certainly win a regional.

That gives me a good bit of hope actually. Highest RPI already and at least we control our own destiny. IF we sweep Bama at home we jump them and are likely tied with Kentucky/Georgia for 8th seed and have easiest final series.

We do control our destiny. Don’t lose another game this season.

Don’t sweep either one. Do we have to win the tourney or will a couple wins get us in?

If and buts we’re nuts Pawl would be fired.

UNC had an RPI of 19 in 2016 and didn’t get in. 13-17 in conference, poor record against top teams.

Will have to make a little noise in the SECT to get into a regional, in that case.

Yeah, pretty much how I feel. But the draw matters. An Oxford or Ruston regional is much more winnable than a Starkville, Fayetteville, Or Nashville. I hope the bama, vandy cancelled game doesn’t screw us.

no but would have to win a game or 2 in the tournament

You can't compare this year to 2011 because we didn't play in the SEC tournament
