Also they almost overwhelmingly supported Florida over us with the hurricane debacle in 2016 (when Florida was gaming the system to get a more favorable matchup), so I've never been a fan of that place

Because Florida was in the right, and LSU was a bunch of dicks. There is your evidence - a bunch of neutral observers agreed with Florida.

What is meant by this statement? Are you saying they have the #1 strength of schedule, or the best record? Or is it a hybrid of the two? I’ve never heard the term “#1 strength of record”.

NFL draft - which conference delivers the most draftees?

Reddit, ponder why dat is.

Then ponder a little more.

There is SEC bias. But that bias has been earned over the last 2 decades

That's the part they don't get.

Yeah CFB tries to pretend like the SEC bias isn't earned. They tell themselves it's a Disney conspiracy.

I am permabanned from Reddit CFB on multiple accounts. Not a very difficult feat though. If you aren’t a leftist shill you’re immediately banned

All that smack talk on SEC but we've won the CFP 6 out of the 8 years it has existed.
So what if Vandy and UK suck when you've got Bama, Georgia, LSU.

It's a hybrid of the two. Basically it takes your strength of schedule and factors in how you actually performed in those games.

I don't know, I just looked and it appears TCU has played 1 currently ranked top 20 team... a win over #12 ranked KSU (8-3) by 10 points at home. That's only slightly better than fUSC's shitty schedule.

FWIW

A Kansas State team that was kicking their arse with their backup QB. TCU only came back when Kansas State went down to their 3rd string.

Should be a pretty interesting rematch

SEC has always and forever been the superior conference.

The NE sports-press mafia didn't really like it in the old days and now the Nat'l sports-press mafia don't like it.

Over time, and especially with the advent of the multichannel universe which led to more and more and more college football games being broadcast, premium players started realizing they could stay in warmer climes and closer to home and get just as much exposure. Most prefer the brand names of the SEC.

The resulting talent drain from the anointed, so-called 'blue blood' schools (including the likes of Meechigan, an Ohio State University, Penn State, ND, and even USC) made it impossible for those teams to be propped up by the biased sports media machine.

All of this has revealed the fact that, although the South may not be the cradle of football, it is, and always has been, its heart.

Truth...
