If that's true, then Texas should never be able to take an upperclassman transfer that isn't a grad transfer because they wouldn't meet the NCAAs degree progress standards.
So either Sark is full of shite or the NCAA isn't enforcing degree progress.
While I don't really like Sark, I'm actually inclined to believe the NCAA just isn't enforcing that rule so they don't get sued.

I wonder if the Ole Miss staff did something behind the scenes that made other coaches (at least Lane and Sark) mad.

It might be wise to wait after we beat Ole Miss before crapping on them. There just seems to be too much dirt thrown at them before we have played them with their old coach. We might get our butt bitten.
