If the ball cleared the fence, the issue is the camera positioning, not the review itself.

Log out of everything on the ESPN app then restart the app. Log in only using your provider information. If you can watch SECN with your provider then you can watch SECN+ on the ESPN app. Sometimes it acts dumb though.
