With our OL struggles over the last 3-4 years I feel he would do an exceptional job here. Brad isn’t getting it done. Now whether he’ll recruit to the level of Brad I don’t know. What’s your opinions on this or who would you consider?

No way Sam, Brad’s mentor, takes Brad’s place if he gets fired

That's what I was thinking. Big Sam wouldn't settle for succeeding the coach he mentored.

Pittman, may be the best oline coach in college football. He was outstanding at Georgia before taking the HC job at UA. I think for the right money he would take OL job LSU under any circumstance if he is fired at Arkansas. And, yea, he can recruit. He recruited great to Georgia.

While football is the most nepotic industry out there behind maybe only river pilots, money >>> loyalty in the game.

Nah, we have seen enough at Arky to believe he may not provide any answers.

Just go with the oline version of what Kyle Williams is to the Dline....and that quite obviously is Kevin Mawae, if he will take the job. Let's finally give this great man, player, HOFamer an opportunity to make LSU oline great again. We have given enough 'qualified' guys the opportunity, and none have delivered in decades. It's time....we certainly couldn't do any worse, and the recruiting would be on fire to have an opportunity to play, coached, mentored to make the NFL by a NFL HOFamer. Just do it BK!

Sam is officially done after Arkansas ends. He’s going to enjoy his money in the years he has left.
