I'm ok with it, the lack of commercials makes up for it to me. Way better than pretty much all the away guys and Ravech/Peterson.

you think jay let's fontenot finish if hes effective or do you think he let's a different pitcher go each remaining inning so they can possibly pitch again sunday

Would have liked to see Schmidt try to come back in, just for the sake of eating up some innings. I know he can go downhill in a hurry, but he was still effective last inning.


Before I can finish typing this, Fontenot pitches only 8 pitches to get out of the 7th, so what the hell do I know. Presumably He's gonna go the rest of the way, but if I'm being persnickety, I'd have liked to use a lesser arm too. Maybe if we can put together a weaver or so in the bottom half here we can take him out and keep him around for one of the other games.
