Blacks can start keeping families intact and making more babies within marriages. They can also stop aborting black babies like they are going crazy. Do those 2 things and they would be bigger than 12% of the population. They would have more political power. Black people hold themselves down economically and socially with bad choices.

It’s the same thing they are doing in other states to keep Republicans out of office but in reverse. Illinois, New York, and Maryland are some examples of gerrymandering against Republicans. California is moving in that direction too. Politics are a full contact sport. It’s not for the weak minded like Ryan Clark.
