...do we set the record for consecutive SEC wins in the McMahon era at two, or what?

Don’t trust the spread so I took the under. I’ll be there rooting for us to start 2-0. A convincing win would be quite a surprise. Could equal last years sec win total already.

I still miss WW.

I actually look forward to going to the game tomorrow night, after the A&M win. That may have been the start...of something big!

I’ll be watching from home. I thought they’d win 4 conference games this year. Win tonight and halfway there.

In! bringing two friends. Actually pretty excited about this one. LSU may have found their way and Vandy is very, very beatable.

I will go as always, rain or shine.

I have my fingers crossed that the team stays healthy, plays together, and continues to improve.

I hope McMahon has learned from last season and is worthy of his long term contract.

LSU -8.5 is easy money

Vandy is terrible & this team just beat A&M by 15 as an underdog

Just like LSU has improved over the last few games, Vandy also has improved. In their last 3 games, they beat a terrible Dartmouth team by 16, had a 3 point loss to Alabama and a 2 point loss to #13 Memphis in Memphis. Vandy has been bad this year, but Coach Stackhouse may have figured something out, so I expect a tough game. If LSU loses, I will be watching Vandy’s next few games to see if it was due to Vandy’s new found formula, or LSU’s weakness.

Really hope we can stack a couple good games together. This is typically where LSU basketball gets the fan base’s interest, a few more people watch than normal, and they lay a huge egg.

They’ve got to be able to build on some momentum this time.

We still don't know that we're not also terrible. One win like that could be a fluke--an exciting fluke to be sure, but I feel we can just as easily blow a game like this at home until proven otherwise.

This.

Vanderbilt probably feels a lot like LSU in that they are starting to play their best basketball of the season. Is that enough to go on the road and win? Who knows? Vanderbilt doesn't really do anything well. The matchup stats all favor LSU. If there is one big concern it is that Vanderbilt will shoot a lot of threes and LSU hasn't been great defending the 3 this year. That said, LSU has been much better in that category in their last 3 games (though perhaps that's just a byproduct of their opponents)

This is a "must win" game for LSU. Not because I think LSU is a NCAAT. But if the program wants to establish any positive momentum you can't lose at home to what has clearly been the worst team in the league. Especially considering your next game is @ Auburn...who might be the best team in the league...playing in one of the better home environments in the league.

Ole Miss got slammed back to earth at Tennessee on Saturday. If LSU can get this one, there is a very real chance the Tigers could start 3-1 with a home game vs. Ole Miss following Auburn. That would exceed EVERYONE'S expectations for the first 4 games.
