im sure les wasn't thrilled with the whole ron burgundy thing especially given how we performed as a team. i doubt he told him to shave the thing, probably did it on his own accord.
i don't mind if he has fun like that as long as it doesn't distract himself or the team from what they have to do on the field. can't be as bad as a team full of guys who tweet more than a penguin taking it in the arse.
