You don't punch a cop and only get charged with resisting arrest. Something doesn't add up. I'll wait and see, although the mere fact that he is around bad shite is a little disturbing. You surround yourself with shady folks and be around shady situations and you are bound to get involved in it sooner or later.

Honestly for the life of me I dont understand why people are so quick to bust the dude about this. I mean he did nothing to get initially arrested, was with a kid who maturely walked away and the immature cop chases after him to arrest him. Abuse of power IMO and deserved a beat down.
