This story doesn't add up at all......the cop is complaining that Jefferson punched him.....not kicked him?

I heard this story right after it happened. Here is the story I heard.......
The hot spot is the lakeside parking garage on Severn where students from destrehan always gather around to watch parades. Apparently this undercover detective approached the scene and was after the Sampson kid (supposedly a stud student...all honors or something...looking to get a full academic scholly) he did not identify himself and aggressively approached him. The kid took off in fear. Jefferson and sharp followed to protect their friend. As they followed two other unidentified undercover cops pursued the entire scene. Jefferson and sharp supposedly shook them off and absolutely manhandled the original detective that was pursuing Sampson. Sampson was cuffed for fleeing the scene...not sure this was handled the right way and I would expect the Sampson kid to sue.

knew id catch a few with that one but in all honesty the cop was by far the one in the wrong. Dumb move by Jefferson but as an 18 yo african american kid Im not gonna instantly kick the dude off the team before the facts come out when seemingly he was with a friend who was arrested for being more mature than the pompous arrogant law enforcement officer obsessed with power.This post was edited on 3/12/13 at 10:09 pm

Jefferson parish Orleans parish does it really make a difference? ( let me answer my own question) NO IT DOESN'T! They are both subject to crooked cops.

Dont you know? Everyone instantly can identify undercover detectives as policemen and marines in civillian clothes. Also anyone who is a police officer or marine has never ever done anything to abuse power or provoke a fight. They are good clean people with the best of intentions at all times.
