Respectfully, has Coach O's voice always been like that?

Sounds like he's been hitting the cubans for many a year. Like a damn boss man.

Ya mean like a badass baw, baw?

Answer: yes

He had truck nuts on his mom's box as an unborn child.

He started talking like when the doctor who delivered him slapped him on the arse.

Yes, tough and he even lost some of his accent in California if that tells you anything.

Yep, we go from one coach that can't talk, to another that talks like Cookie Monster.

I graduated with coach O at South Lafourche high and his voice wasn't like that then.

I know for a fact that coco and babe's (ed, sr) house was on dry land. It wasn't some kind of house boat.

Very close to the bayou and intracoastal, too. But, still not in the bayou.

Sounds like years of vocal abuse and nodules have developed quite seriously. It hurts to hear

Ever hear he & Bobby Hebert together on the radio? Impossible to tell them apart, even with BH having a few cold ones...a lot...under his belt. Ron Guidry for the Yankees used to give Yogi fits when ever Yogi would walk out to the mound,on his first trip famously looking back into the dugout with his arms upraised as in "what the shite is this?" Imagine Coach O excited & a few cold ones under HIS belt .
