But the reason why Will Wade is suspended is not his fault.
A meeting should have been held between Wade, the president, and the athletic director. LSU brought in a 3rd party that was not necessary at the time.
As an employee, WW does not dictate meeting parameters. Also, if the NCAA wanted to be there, LSU had to allow them into the meeting. This is because of the contractual agreement between LSU and the NCAA regarding compliance and cooperation. WW also has this written into his contract as well.

“The problem was, I know why he didn’t take it now, it was [expletive] tilted toward the family a little bit,” Wade continued. “It was tilted toward taking care of the mom, taking care of the kid. Like it was tilted towards that. Now I know for a fact he didn’t explain everything to the mom. I know now, he didn’t get enough of the piece of the pie in the deal.”
I still cant figure out just how Wade was going to split up playing time, NBA advisers, a scholarship, Etc. with the kid's mom and family members.
The only ones that don't are in extreme denial.

If Wade attends that meeting, he would have been fired. (W/o his attorney)
Because someone, I don't know who, was trying to push him out.

I love how all the old country people "know" exactly what went down.

No one here has a clue as to what other information Alleva has now, or may have had at that time that he was basing his decisions on. Until other information comes to light it seems really premature to say anything that has been done is wrong.

Hogwash. So, according to your logic, LSU can only fire WW if he attends a meeting?

Why do you keep pushing this? Anyone in their right mind knows that Wade, like the coaches of every major program that is worth a shite, has almost certainly been involved to some degree, directly or indirectly, in some type of impermissible benefits dealings. The issue people have is LSU's admin hanging Wade out to dry based purely on snippets of a transcript of a recording that the public hasn't and likely never will get its hands on. It isn't about what we think has or might have gone down. It's about what the NCAA can prove. Obviously they don't have to rise to the level of beyond all reasonable doubt, but they do have SOME kind of burden of proof.

We don't know ANYTHING in regards to what the offer was. We can only assume. You're making an assumption just like everyone else is.

I have a strong suspicion that this new lawyer is so effective with the ncaa because he knows how to hold their feet to the fire. I can see him letting the ncaa know (without actually saying it), to back the f up off of his client or you will run a strong risk of bringing your house of cards down. One of his other clients, coach miller is on tape EXPRESSLY talking about paying a specific player 100g, and he is still the hc at arizona. I don't think the ncaa wants to eff with this dude.

My response would be:
I knew Dawkins was dirty, but he's an insider and potentially had some information I could use in recruiting. I played along with him so he would trust me.

Why do you hate Will Wade so much?
He jerks off to the attention he gets from going against the grain on all things LSU related. There's no other reason someone with the mindset like him would continue to post here and get in arguments over stupid shite that doesn't matter.

Some talks already taken place. They laid ground rules. Not sure why this has to be such a big deal. Our fearless, leaders sure suspended Wade in a short time why so much bs to reinstate?
