Jim knows. I believe he thought I was trying to circulate Tyler Daigle’s tweet, which I wasn’t. I was pointing out that one of the top returning players broke his ankle in the fall and Kendall emphatically denied it, either because he had no idea or because he was straight up lying. Either way, not a great look for the biggest media member in all of college baseball.

I’m confused. What is the point of this thread? Are we mad at Kendall Rogers because of something he either did or didn’t know about in November that had zero impacts on our season?

Yall can take this post for whatever it’s worth to you.. I’m not the type of person who gets off on stopping by here and trolling when people are hungry for info..
Back before the beginning of the season, my buddy who’s a coach in my hometown, told me that somehow he knew the family of curiel’s GF (there was speculation that he was going to make a guest appearance at a camp that he runs). He told me he hurt his ankle or knee or something to that effect, but was unsure of how or if it would affect his season.. I never shared that info here because it wasn’t specific enough, and to be quite honest, I wasn’t sure if I believed it because I hadn’t seen anything about it anywhere else
Fast forward to this week, now that the injury info has surfaced, I now know that his info was legit
Same guy is now telling me that people are talking about Curiel and/or Milam possibly coming back. The talk is that Milam genuinely loves it at LSU, and wants to play ‘meaningful baseball’. The speculation is that he’s not in a hurry to bounce around minor league baseball for a bunch of years. As far as Curiel, nobody is certain that he is leaving, but I haven’t heard any specific reasons as to why. All I was told was ‘don’t be shocked if he’s back’… seems unlikely, but who knows
Random question: over the years, who was the player that decided to pass on the draft, that surprised you the most? Like, which one player was the biggest surprise returner?
