This entire site has become infested with attention seeking alters and idiots. I really believe they will post stupid crap just to see how many replies they get and then reply back just to run their post numbers up.

Y’all yearning for the Van Chancellor days or what? Remember, he was a hall-of-fame coach……

Nah when you get to her age you are just one bad day from retirement….i know, because I recently retired!

I would be suprised if she lasts another 5 years.

Her contract is through 2033. Fulfilling that contract (7 more years) is way more realistic than 3-5 in the absence of health issues or taking a major step back. She's only 64
yep and female basketball is WAAAY less stressful than any male sports. She has enough money to spend, young women get into less trouble than young men, the hours are way less demanding than being a football coach, and she still has legit goals to reach at LSU. Becoming the Queen of the SEC ladies basketball, and winning at least another championship. Plus she's home.

She'll be here as long as Starkey is still on staff. If he decides to retire, I don't think she'd be far behind him.

I would assume she is here through her contract - which put her at the correct amount of years for her retirement. That is what all the reports said in the beginning when she came here. Equal money and a contract long enough to accrue the correct years in the system.

I say replace Beth Torrino with Kim Mulkey. Let Simone Augustus coach the hoopers, while Kim can maybe bring her magic to a failing and continually disappointing coaching staff for the softball team.
Beth is not the "beth" at what she is doing...not by a longshot!

Yes it’s great to win a championship. But which coach you know has taken their team to 4 consecutive final 4s with no prior head coaching experience. I truly believe if she had stayed longer, lsu would’ve won several championships.

The hate? JEALOUSLY. In basketball, Kim has it, and the guys dont, and hasn't. It wont matter to any longer if or when the men's team start winning.

Thats it. It's not about "the money" being spent.
