Our football program is a dumpster fire right now.
Out d line is fricking absolutely gutted if they opt out.
Logan
Apu
Cherry
Guillory
Taylor
Roy
Evans
Anthony
BJ
Gaye
Moore
That would be it.
And that's 4 true freshman thrown in the fire in an all sec schedule.

Why in the world would they opt out

We may go 9-1 or even 10-0
Not likely but if we do then you will see how great of an offense it is ,schematicly.
Cuz we are not the most talented team in the sec . Georgia may not have Newman anymore but Daniel's was a 5 star recruit and needed a fresh start, besides qb though ,georgia definitely has more talent overall ,there coaching is terrible though. Georgia's been killing it in recruiting.
Bama is more talented this year, and it's not even remotely in the vicinity of being close. They kept a ton of juniors like najee and leatherwood . There o line will be great ,there recievers are the best in the country and they have the best return guy in the nation. They got Dylan moses back ,surtain back, devontae Smith back .they played a ton of young guys this past year so they will have experienced depth.
Bama will be about like clemson and Georgia will be good too if it Daniel's plays well.
We lost over 30 players from last years roster. We have a new starter at qb,rb,wr,wr.te,nb,cb,mlb, olb ,olb ,dt,dt,de,de,.
That's off the top of my head.
We have got to play well on the o line, and at qb obviously. But I'm optimistic we go 8-2 at worst ,but that doesn't mean bama has less talent.

LSU would have been a perfect place for Burch. Oh well! Next man up.

They would still have 14 scholarship DL dipshit

Miles has lost control of this team

This is becoming concerning. Bama and Clemson have zero players opting out

Is it though? This season is a joke anyways, nothing but exhibition games. There won’t be any playoffs or bowl games, and covid/college admins are likely to derail the games that are scheduled.
I wouldn’t sweat anything about this “season”. At all.

Ed O is totally losing this team
Posted on 9/4/20 at 8:12 am to bnb9433
This makes more sense now out of moving Evans back to the DL when we are pretty thin at OG as well and he was apparently on the 2-deep there.

No need to bash kids that haven't even opted out officially. These 2 are definitely not opting out for the draft so really no reason not to believe it's due to covid. Many people actually have concerns whether you personally agree or not

Composed of 4 fricking true freshman playing an all sec schedule.
With only 3 having any significant playing time.
We are 2-3 injuries or positive covid tests from being completely fricked.

This season doesn’t count anyway. Play everybody. Get ready for next year.

No offense but Parker and Jenkins were never going to see the field this season or probably ever.

You think these kids are going to a bubble?

i figured Nelson Jenkins would be a stud for us

These young kids don't know how to trust the process..Don't come to a program like LSU if you don't want to compete

Regardless of anyone's personal opinions about the virus, I could understand why linemen (and their families) might be particularly concerned, given how closely packed together they play every down in the trenches breathing/spitting droplets on each other. Then you add all the extra weight they carry, etc. Higher risk.
Of course we're all disappointed with these announcements. But we can't fault personal health-related decisions, especially when these kids are not really getting paid and many of them have literally bet their entire lives on pro careers.
