Wtf? You think this has to do with being scared to compete? They both essentially moved up on the depth chart this week ,or at least one of them did.

Calm down Francis !!( AKA Tigerpride) jezzzz@! or should I state DR. Francis?

Its a proven fact now Covid has 99.67 survival rate and 91% of deaths are people over 75.

Adults 17-30 death rate age is very small

So you should make the decision for them to risk their life? Right?

Chase and Shelvin I more or less understand, because they got first round grades. But these other guys...it's like this is a way to find out who the players are that dont have the work ethic or toughness neccessary. They see a way to get out of practicing and balancing football and life without sacrificing a year of eligibility while drawing any kind of criticism. Either that, or they are brainwashed enough into thinking they are in real danger from a virus that has been blown out of all proportion.

Shelvin did not get a first round grade. Shelvin came into this season as a day two pick, likely early third round.

Rather than play and show continued improvement, Shelvin has decided to stand pat on his tape and train for the NFL draft. Shelvin is basically banking on not ballooning up on his weight, which he has been doing for the past six years. Only now, he doesn't have any coaches riding his arse plus, some agent is giving him money. Good luck Tyler

You think these kids are going to a bubble

NO I don't and I'm personally not a believer that the virus is a "pandemic". But I'm also not obese, a liberal or going to campus with thousands of other kids that are contracting the virus at pretty high rates quickly according to other campus reports. It's a personal decision these kids are making and since these 2 aren't going to the draft, i have no reason to not believe they are concerned. Millions are. Whether you or I am is insignificant to these kids.
It's essentially the same as me criticizing a Christian for their beliefs because I'm not of the same beliefs. It's not my place or decision to decide what they are or aren't concerned about. Yours either.

80% of deaths from Covid are from people 65 and older with previous health conditions. Not sure if serious.

How many kids in white Republican households are raised hearing black people referred to as the N-word, no good thugs, and told Democrats are all pieces of shite? Easily the same amount, if not more. See how this works?

Not nearly as many as the race baiters would make you believe but the question at hand was if households and group’s friends can become an insulated echo chamber which stokes fear about covid thus I provide proof of such.

I’m taking the word of my sister in charge of two hospitals that tells me the disease is treatable and not serious to anyone that has no predisposing conditions. I’m also informing you as an Master Diver and instructor at the U.S. Navy’s dive school that WE have been pushing divers through training for the past 6 months with little to no impact, zero deaths and zero hospitalizations. We do this for a pittance and no NFL career aspirations! Just saying there’s being safe and then there’s you’re just a MFing sheep that believes everything you see on TV!

They have a better chance of getting shot in Chicago, maybe even dying in a plane crash. 180 covid 19 deaths from 18 to 24 year olds nation wide year to date
