Grant Delpit
Laron Landry
Chad Jones
Jamal Adams

ETA: I was only ranking safety type players which way I don't have the obvious great CBs listed. Had a debate amongst friends about this and I wanted more opinions

I think that is a pretty reasonable ranking. The biggest question is TM7 or Laron Landry. And I really don't think there is a wrong answer there, close to 1a 1b stuff.

Derek Stingly, Jr. 2019
He is the only player in the History of College Football to be named a Consensus All-American on the defensive side of the ball as a True Freshman. On the most dominating team in the history of college football.
How soon y'all forget.

1Tm7
2Corey Webster
3PP
4Grant Delpit
5laron landry
6chad Jones
7eric Reid
8jamal Adams
9brandon Taylor
1-3 will always be in that order for me. Now if we wanted to argue about talent and speed and metrics then there is a shuffle but a lot of what made tm7 and Webster so phenomenal was the lucky/instinct plays.
4& 5 can easily swap but delpits sophomore year was absolutely mind blowing
6-9 can easily swap in a lot of orders but chad Jones strength for me and that hit stick he had going on elevated him in my book.
2Corey Webster
3PP
4Grant Delpit
5laron landry
6chad Jones
7eric Reid

He said safety types. That’s why Peterson isn’t on there. He should have just put it in the title.

Instructions are hard for some of y'all. OP just said rank these guys by their best year.

In that case then I’d go

2Grant Delpit
3laron landry
4chad Jones
5eric Reid
