you people have legitimate psychological issues. What exactly has he done to make you HATE Ed Orgeron?

I am not a fan of LSU’s choice to hire Ed and my expectations have been pretty low. With that being said, I have never in my life wanted to be proven wrong about someone’s inability to lead the team to victory. I give two shits about being able to say “I told you so” to a bunch of overly optimistic fans on a message board. Not being a fan of Ed Orgeron does not equal hoping for LSU to fail.

Exactly. I may be skeptical of the coach, but have a tremendous amount of respect for the man that changed his life for the better. I can tell you from experience, it's not easy. It's hard as hell.

That's what you took from my post? It's just a simple exaggeration. Would you chide your kid if he said "I hate vegetables"?

I just think Orgeron seems like a dick and, up until recently, couldn't get out of his own way. He gets pissy when he is asked simple questions at a press conference, throws players under the bus, etc. But I don't particularly care if he's a dick if he can win football games.

ETA: I see you're from Larose. I apologize for insulting your Hometown Hero

Been a tough spring for ya huh? Well guess what I got more bad news for your agenda. Fulton will probably start week 1 opposite of greedy. This Defense will win us 7-8 games. If burrow is good enough and CEH stays healthy u can rest assured O will get to 9-10 wins. So get ready for a long year.

I don't know why anyone would want to see this happen but in all likelihood things won't end well with the O era. He may shock everyone and just kill it in the SEC but the odds are stacked against him.

Honestly, I am an LSU fan first so while I can't stand O and don't think he is right for the program I would hate that. The same thing with Les, it was time for him to go, but people rooting for him to lose just to get rid of him were not fans in my opinion.

LSU being great despite my disdain for the coach is better than LSU being bad so I can be "right" I guess.

Nah. We’d rather win. If you don’t want to win then GTFO. No matter who the coach is, these are still our boys. I have my issues with him too but I would NEVER hope for anything but all wins, all the time. I hope O earns a statue.
