I am 68 and rant and rave during every game as I did back in 1965. Probably worse today because we have won 3 Natty's since 1965. The A&M game took a lot out of me this year. In years past the screen to yeldon, the personal foul on Lael Collins in another bama game when we could have put them away. Just a few to mention. But yes I get really excited and really pissed during games. Just can't help it when you are this passionate about the tigers. I also had quadruple bypass surgery 6 years ago. So call me crazy I guess.

I'm the same way brother. Amen. I think the ones who are old and act crazy after a tough loss are usually the ones who are betting on the game.

I’m semi-old 56, and I’ve lost some of the passion…
When we lost, I couldn’t even watch TV for a couple of days after but the 2019 season ended all that for me…having such a perfect season, being touted as the best ever has completed my fandom…it’s like I’ve been climbing a mountain my whole life and got to the top when we were perfect…I still yell at the tv a little bit during a game but losses only sting for a few minutes and then I’m starting in to something else…I still watch every game that has LSU involved but it doesn’t impact me the way it once did.

I am 74...........been a Tiger since 1957. I get as nervous today as I did when I was a kid, I get as excited as ever in anticipation of a big game (any game) and I experience the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat just as much as I ever did. Bayoubengalitis is terminal. If you are born with it........you will die with it.......... AND THAT'S A GOOD THING.

Passion has been going downhill for a few years now. Last few years I quit watching the cupcake games. It just doesn’t feel the same.

Bingo,I'm still a ticket holder, still passionate about all things LSU. However in the last few years in the football area my live and breath LSU football is waning due to NIL, lack of loyalty due transfer rules, opt out playing for "business" decisions and other factors. So,that being said, I'll always watch the Tigers because of my Dad as he was my influence on all things LSU. Hanging by a thread on keeping my season tickets because of the above reasons.

I’m 56 and I have the same passion. My wife still laughs and says I’ll have a heart attack. My great nephew who is 14 by all means wants to watch the LSU games with me.

I have lost about complete interest in the Saints and the NFL. Between the politics and the officiating and rule changes.

First game was LSU-TN game in Knoxville in 1967. I would say 2003 NC was the thrill of a lifetime, didn't think I'd live long enough to see it. Since we've won others since then, the fire has lessened some. I'm sure it's getting older and having already seen the mountain top.

I turn 66 today, which is interesting, since my 1st LSU game in Tiger Stadium was 1966 against A&M. My Dad & his 2 friends were outside Tulane Stadium for the 1937 Sugar Bowl when a doctor gave them free tickets to see LSU-Santa Clara game! We had a watch party at our house in the 60's & watched my Dad flip over backwards in his chair when the Tigers scored against Ole Miss. I remember we had an antenna rigged at our house in NOLA to watch the Sugar Bowl against Wyoming. Sadly, I was driving to Baton Rouge from Houston for the 2017 game against A&M when my sister called to say my Dad was very ill. I enjoyed the win in person, but was sad knowing my Dad was ill & ended up being the last game he ever saw on TV. He would have been 100 back in March, I still regret that he missed the 2019 championship. As you can see, LSU love runs big in my family. My wife used to take my daughters out of the house because she feared for their safety while I was watching LSU games. I can't tell you how many remotes I broke throwing them at the wall! When LSU would lose, it usually took 3 days for me to recover & my coworkers knew it! Yes, the Curly years were tough even though we almost expected to lose every game. I still live LSU sports, but can't deny the wokeness crap really concerned me, which is why I no longer watch pro sports. So do I have the same passion? Yes & no. While I still enjoy it, follow LSU news daily, but have to admit, whether it's me or the current times, some of the luster has started to fade...

I'm as old as Croesus, and still have the same passion today for LSU football as I did in the early 1960's. Was sick as a dog for days after the extra-point-block loss @ Florida State, and jumped for joy after the 2-pt conversion to beat Bama this year.

I'm 48 -- I attend one game a year. Witnessed the 2003 and 2019 title games in person.

2019 was the most gratifying season I'll ever experience. I can die happy as an LSU fan.

It is hard to imagine anything living up to that season.

It's probably easier to disconnect from the ups & downs of the football team living out of state.

I still have the passion but it's more subdued. Alma mater will always make me a little misty.

Most of my rough edges have been smoothed off. Yeah less passionate but more in perspective. Hopefully you learn as you get older there are lots of really important things in life like the people around you.
