Im more concerned about Whit - is he opting out or could a bone bruise be that bad and linger this long?

He was basically bad all year. A week off wasn't making him better.

He has an oblique injury.

He’d have been better off sitting out the season. The way the fanbase has crushed him, the losses for the team, just no good has come from it

Remember Chris Hilton last year…bone bruise. Curious if Weeks bone bruise is knee or ankle.

It seriously feels like there is a curse on 7 and 18. The greatest players we have had over the last several years have not worn these numbers. Great players who wore other numbers and then changed to one of these have almost always had worse seasons upon changing.

Why are you so mad at me? Do you think this has played out correctly and that he wouldnt have been better served to sitout the year from jump?

-His draft stock would be better
-his lsu reputation would be better
-fans would respect him more
-expectations wouldve simmered a bit to a reasonable level

Lets face it, trying to be tough and stick it out is clearly not the right decision for him or future qb’s with that injury.
Its kinda crazy that an injury got a qb hated, a coach and athletic director fired

Saw him at the hotel tonight. He’s in a walking boot. My ten-year old asked him if he was playing tomorrow. He genuinely seemed bummed when he said no.
