Moscona was talking about a athletic revenue plan from the president of LSU a few weeks ago. I believe he mentioned that LSU would be the first University ever to utilize this plan. I never heard anything after that, does anyone have any information? Thanks.

What did he say the plan was?

It’s something to do with PE

Is this a result of that big select donor meeting they had a few months ago?

They said it wasn't Private Equity but would likely be made public at some point in August before football season starts.

This is tied to the big meeting early next week with the top 40 donors at LSU. Very little information has leaked out about the nuts and bolts. We'll know exactly what it is next week.

It’s the Championship Reserve Fund and the University Sports Venture Fund.
I’m not sure if they’re exploring LSU Youth (Athletic) Academies or not anymore.

The Brig in DC is an LSU bar through and through. Will give out LSU coozies and such during the game. May be far if staying in Baltimore, but it’s the best spot in DC!

It won’t be straight PE… exit strategy is way too risky.

Does LSU have a better plan to attract and retain the region's best potential engineers, physicians, teachers, dentists, bankers, business leaders, veterinarians, scientists, farmers, and mathematicians? Sure hope so.
