eta: Also, they'd be idiotic to restrict capacity. The numbers are trending down, and with the Delta strain they should fall rapidly like we've seen in other countries.

Follow science? Lmao....show me the science that says masks work. Show me the science that says kids should be masked up. Show me the science that supports hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants entering country with covid...yet it's ok...but don't you dare have an outdoors motorcycle rally. I'll show you the science that says those who have had the virus have stronger antibodies that those with just vaccine...why don't we hear that? $$$ on second thought I won't show you...you are too brain washed.

If this is happening, it is nothing more than a money grab. i assume you recall the NO Convention Center becoming a MASH unit. they had fewer sick people in there than are on this thread. over and above that, this is a self-made problem. By mandating employees are vaccinated, you will undoubtedly lose some employees. lastly, not sure if you are aware, but most hospitals are open to make money. they LOVE being full.
