It's actually not a small task to get rid of that many CRTs from a waste disposal perspective. But it is still 10 years overdue.

They're replacing all the TVs with Dudley Debosier print advertisements.

They'll have to pay Best Buy $25 a tv to dispose of them

What percentage of the new Flat screen area will be adds?
Posted on 12/11/17 at 7:40 pm to Sev09
Long overdue. The downside is that more fans will crowd around and watch the game making it harder to get to the crowded bathrooms and shitty concessions.

How much of the new TVs screen will be taken up by advertisers?

I’m very suprised they didn’t market these as “a piece of tiger stadium history you must have” and auction them off. They would make a good conversation piece in someone’s man cave or gameroom

That would make entirely too much sense.

For the a&m game, the damn things weren't even showing the game!
I know this because I stared at them while waiting in line at halftime to find out they'd already run out of burgers, nachos, hotdogs, and M&Ms.
Quite a crew we have running the show at the stadium.
