Did it really matter when you mistakenly went to the concession’s because your woman needed a coke and you missed a big play?
Not once since I've been going to LSU games as a civilian (Outside of being a student/gbftl)

I wish I had five bucks for every time I saw this over the last 45 years. I would be retired.

I toured a prison years ago just as flat screens were taking over, and they had inmates dismantling old CRTs piece by piece, using hands and simple tools, and putting the components in piles for sale to recycling. Huge pile of copper wire here, aluminum there, plastic here, etc.

For the monitors that still worked, they spray-painted them and cleaned them up for resale in South America and similar locales.

Heard they are installing USB jacks for every seat in the stadium so you can plug in and watch the game on a laptop, iPad etc.

Those were some crappy TVs.

Of COURSE they were! That was the idea. Put crappy TVs throughout the stadium by concessions and restrooms and people will be hauling arse back to their seats for a much better view. That way the stadium seating stays filled and looks good in those aerial shots from the blimp.

Now they've done hauled off and ruint a good plan!

There are gas stations along Plank and along Airline that could use those hanging up next to the 2" plastic barriers.
