I hope he goes to Penn St. That solves our problem.

How much would it take to get Eli Drinkwitz to LSU? Even he would get the fanbase and program more excited

You do realize they had a veteran team a good returning QB with one of the best WRs in college football last year, along with an easy schedule, and shite the bed, right? They were considered preseason playoff favorites because of all this and still fricked it up despite having a pretty easy path for an SEC program.

So pretty much exactly what most of you are expecting here at the moment. Drink is a good coach and he’s smart, but don’t pretend he doesn’t have his own flaws.

Denbrock is the common denominator and BK wanted him to share duties with Sloan over a recruit we already are having to pay $5 million to get.

Someone’s been buying what fricking T-Bob is selling Go ask that fricker why he didn’t say shite about this at the time Denbrock left. Not one legitimate LSU media source said this was the reason Denbrock left after 2023. It was purely an engagement hook for suckers.

Boy, would that be a dream come true.
Then LSU gets Cignetti. If PSU doesn't take Cig, they are dumber than our AD.

There are some. Coaches of Ga Tech, USF, Tulane, SMU, Vandy are all young up and comers that I'd like to see LSU hire.

Key and Lea are alums. They aren’t leaving where they are right now.

SMU will pay more than he’s worth in a bidding war and they have an easy path right now.

USF’s coach isn’t ready for this kind of move.

Sumerall is about to move up. I think he’s better than Napier, but he still comes with the exact same risks. Many great G5 coaches just don’t translate, so that’s a big risk.

Urban had a front office in Jacksonville and that was an abject disaster.

He's also older now than BK was when BK was hired, Urban isn't a young buck anymore.

There were others that said at the time Sloan was going to be promoted to Co-OC and that was what Kelly was trying to do. Was it the only reason Denbrock left? Likely not, and maybe not even the biggest, but it is a slap in the face of the guy that just coordinated a historical offense that garnered a Heisman trophy.

All done to please a recruit who Sloan ultimately failed to get.

Yeah people here won’t like hearing that, but Matt Rhule played there and has the inside track. Too much crazy shite would have to happen for it to be otherwise, especially for it to be BK.

WTF has Elko done? Talked out of his arse last season after he beat LSU and then started losing. Its always the flavor of the day and most fail after they leave to go to greener pastures.
