Matchup doesn’t even matter tbh lol. Lsu will be up 10-15 with 2-3 mins left and we will all have to hold our collective breath to see if they can survive the end of the game.

I’m rooting for Tennessee to lose tomorrow so they drop to the 6 seed in SECt. They’re still ahead of us in NET ranking so matching up with them and winning at neutral site will give us the W we need to get up to a 7 seed and off the 8/9 line.
Don’t think we could beat any of those 1 seeds to advance to second weekend. Those 2 seeds look a lot more vulnerable.

I haven't listened to Wade's postgame today, but he has said both 1) He'd like to win the SECCT as a goal and understands how long it has been, and 2) He'd like to get off that 8/9 as well.
We'll see how it unfolds, but the win today likely moves us away from 10 line and dead on 8/9 line, making the SECCT more important.

Not if they are an 8/9 seed. They'd play a 1 seed before they make it to the second weekend. They'd need to drop to a 12 seed or move up to a 6 or something like that.

Thought we were already on the 8/9 line before today, that’s where Joe Lunardi had us at least. Think this win cements us as a 8 heading into the SECT.

If we lost today and lose first game FRI in SECCT, we're likely on the 10 line perhaps.
The win today solidifies LSU as 9 seed at worst imo. I don't think we can fall backwards at all now.
IE, we're very likely 8/9 line, but can possibly improve with SECCT to 7 seed.

I wouldn’t want to play LSU in the postseason and that’s not me being a homer. We have a bunch of pros who are mostly just auditioning for scouts during the regular season; however, we’ve seen glimpses of how good they can be. If they realize it’s only a few games left, maybe they play with reckless abandon and that’s a scary thought for anyone. Plus we have the American fricking Gangster coaching.

It just showed the bracket for the sec tournament and it says we play South Carolina or ole miss. Is that official? Does the Tennessee vs florida game not mean anything anymore?
