Do you think Sean Payton is kinda pissed knowing that Brady will now be running his offense at a Division rival Panthers team that will help his offense and defense with Brady knowing exactly what scheme that the Saints are trying to do in every formation, I don’t know if this has been discussed or not but Payton got to be saying WTF just happened!

I mean I’m sure he’s not thrilled with the prospect but I doubt he’s pissed at Brady. Why would he be? It’s just the business. Everyone knows what it is.

I think he knows it will be easy to develop a defensive game plan against him. The same can’t be said for Brady since Sean has been doing this longer and is a better schemer/play caller.

Brady with McCaffrey in CEH’s role. Might be dangerous if they get the right QB

I thought Brady learned from Payton. If so he can not be better than Payton and Payton should know what Brady is going to do in every formation as well.

The saints can’t stop anyone anyway. What difference does it make?

Not really, McCaffrey hasn't been struggling to get loose as it is.

Don’t think so. Not at all. Focusing on Draft & free agency (hopefully)

Maybe Sean should have made Brady the OC instead of himself

So you don't think businessmen get pissed at the prospect of new competitors, especially if they trained that competitor?

Sean may have taught him everything he knows, but not everything Sean knows.

You think Brady is the only Saints assistant to end up on another team?

Why would he be pissed? As a coach you would want coaches under you to move on, move up ,and thrive. Payton comes from Bill Parcells coaching tree and I am sure wants to have his own coaching tree too. Who gives a shite that a former coach of his is now part of a division rival?

OF course he is pissed. Just before the Championship game, he admitted that he told Brady he was making a huge mistake - going to LSU that is. He is an ego maniac.

Payton was a great coach, now, he is just good. He refuses to see that the 20 plays he is in love with are well known by the league and adapt. Yes, the Saints are successful in the regular season and against bad teams, but very often defenders are standing where the route ends.

We need to get him back on the Vicodin...lol j/k

I'm sure a lot of angry comments will rain on me.

I don’t think Brady is experienced enough to be a NFL DC yet.

Panthers trying a Hail Mary. Might work.

Probably won’t, but a great step for Brady.

A. The Saints offense is no secret.
B. In 2019 LSU was running the Saints offense with NFL caliber talent against college defenses with, for the most part, college level talent.
C. If NFL defenses can handle the Saints offense run by the Saints, they can handle it run by the Panthers.
D. It's a business. I'm sure any rational NFL head coach is happy to see a junior assistant coach move up in the world.

Probably a good thing he isn't one then, huh?
