pains me to say it, but nobody is beating is beating Bama this year.

the a&m game showed that tua and Alabama have clay feet just like everyone else.

LSU's D is much better than a&m. if we have any kind of a line left by that time and we can possess the ball and score, we could win. it's too early to call. if we played this weekend, sure, i'd predict a loss. but we don't play this weekend.

All these pessimistic cowards are the same people who said we had no chance against Auburn. frick Alabama... somebody’s got to beat them. Might as well be us.

I think we have the athletes to compete, alot of things will have to go our way for us to get the w. I'm thinking those balls tua throws up for grabs that usually get hauled in by their wr's need to get picked and we need to get serious pressure on the kid to make it a game.

The odds are in your favor because Alabama hasn't put up 40 points on LSU in over 70 years. So if Bama scores 40 on LSU, then this Bama team is really rare and will probably pummel everyone. LSU put up 40+ on Bama against Saban in the first Saban Bowl, but Bama hasn't put up 40+ on LSU since the 1940s.

Also, the most Saban has scored in Tiger Stadium against LSU was 27 in overtime in his first year. As awesome as his teams have been, he has won two in OT, one in the final seconds, and last time they didn't score a point until the 4th quarter. This is his best QB by far, but LSU has had significantly inferior teams take his great teams down to the wire in Tiger Stadium every time. Should be interesting.

Wait what? No they didn't. They punted, threw a pick, missed a FG and went for it ok fourth and one from the one and didn't get it.

They didn't score points in half of their drives even.
